Configuration LifeGuard (hereinafter referred to as the "SOFTWARE") is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE or any of its components. It is explicitly prohibited to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Visual Fantasy. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a transfer of any right in the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is licensed to you, not owned by you.
In no event shall Visual Fantasy or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the SOFTWARE be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, demands for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, reasonable attorneys' fees, or any other pecuniary claim) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if Visual Fantasy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE remains with the user.
The self-extracting executable installation file of the SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed without any limitations and by any media in its original unmodified state. No prior consent from Visual Fantasy is necessary.
This is the unregistered and trial version of the SOFTWARE. It is fully functional and its features have not been crippled. It is also not time limited or otherwise restricted. You are hereby licensed to freely use it and evaluate it for 30 days after which period you are legally required to register if you want to continue using this SOFTWARE, or to remove it from your computer. Registration of this version shall entitle you to free upgrades to future releases of the SOFTWARE, based on the type of license you'll purchase (the upgrades will be made available for download at our Web site).
A single user license entitles you to use the SOFTWARE on a single computer only. If you want to use the SOFTWARE on more than one computer, you must either seek individual licenses for each computer or purchase a site license or a world-wide license, accordingly. Check the program's Help file topic About Registration And Upgrades for information on the types of licenses and their respective registration fees.
